The staff was helpful. They were patient and willing to work with me on check-in tine. However, the room and bathroom did not look clean. Hotel seemed to be under renovation. Smell of paint was noticeable, and the windows in the room did not open, so there was no escaping the smell. Overall, as a budget place to fall asleep for one night, I would say that the experience was fine.

Unfortunately, the property was undergoing renovations and workers were demolishing the room two doors down from us. The cable TV did not work, the phone did not work and had the wrong room number on it. I was concerned that the front desk reception made a photocopy of my license at check-in. The room was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was good, so it helped to make up for some of the deficiencies.

The manager, she was wonderful! They didn’t have a room for us after I had a reservation, booked weeks ago . 3 other families were there without rooms at the same time as we were and had reservations. The place was a dump! Mold etc. The male employee behind the desk was rude. Simply stated they didn’t have any rooms and the ones that were empty in his exact words, “had bugs”. The lady manager was incredible! She only started the week prior and was trying to help everyone. She was clearly overwhelmed and things were out of her control but she was the only one trying to help Beware of this hotel!

I recall staying here a few times a year after Dinner next door and the place looking very clean. My last visit saw the deteriorating value, especially the elevators with missing buttons. I don’t blame the employees, but do wonder if the owners even care. The amenities in the room like the shampoo was empty, so the cleaning crew needs to step it up abut. The breakfast for a weekend was not as expected, and decided to go elsewhere to eat. So overall, the value is great, the front desk attendant was very nice, but the appearance of the hotel is looking run down. I hope it steps it up again as it’s a great location, especially with Red Lobster right next door.

Its old and small rooms and really small baths. Size cant br changed but definitely coukd use facelift. Paint on walls chipped, elevator not very clean and only one operating and doesn’t stop at 2nd floor. 2 bed rooms were double beds, however, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool was shut fown in August by health dept. and still not open. Kids were disappointed. Very limited in breakfast items. Ran out of stuff . Were only there 1 night and t was ok but wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and polite.

Quick and easy check-in, then downhill from there. Buttons missing in the elevator, very worn out room, TVs in the whole building had no signal for the entire stay and were so dated they had no usb port to stream from a smartphone. Toilets had to be flushed twice to empty even just paper from the bowl, cockroach spotted in the shower. Heat and A/C worked well, but lighting in the room was poor. Room key re-set daily resulting in lockouts, broken elevator buttons on the 3rd floor lobby, so took the stairs down to find an alarmed door to outside and a blocked door to the lobby with a note saying “do not open”. Had to take the stairs back to the second floor to take the elevator to the lobby every time. Very affordable, but no shampoo and no face cloths. Also, nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk. Would not recommend.
