Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.

Cozy, old styled hotel. Room was big, went for comfort room. We did have a view of the garden, heard some birds. Overall a comfy, nice stay. Breakfast was decent, assortment of bread and other stuff. Good bacon Simple but good. Its possible to park in the street around the block, by using EasyPark app. Paid approx €10 for overnight parking.

I do not recommend

We went to this hotel for the jacuzzi and the pool. The pool was cold and very shallow. And the jacuzzi didn't work at all. The sauna wasn't hot enough. The bed was made of two parts. If you sleep next to your husband, you can't. You have to sleep on one half together because there's a cliff in the middle. The view from the window is into the bushes. We didn't like it. The food is okay.

A bit dissapointed

Wo booked 2 nights with different providers.After the first night we get a call from reception and we are scolded that we did not check out. A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building.At the check in we made it clear that we have 2 different reservations and they said everything its ok .We did not know and expect to change rooms. Anyway we expected a professional approach in solving the issue and a more professional front desk worker.

Die Zimmer sind doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht waren, mussten wir mit den Badeschuhen und Hausmäntel im Regen zum Spa Bereich laufen... oder morgens zum Frühstück.

En middel oplevelse

Vi havde en stor familiesuite, med rigtig god plads. Værelse 350. Prisen er 1400 kr. pr. Nat. Værelset var renoveret og stilen moderne. Balkonen var stor men kedelig. På værelset var der ingen knager til overtøj. Gulvtæppet meget langhåret, ikke særligt hygiejnisk. Der er intet køleskab. Da vi rykkede sofaen, var der 3 skægkræ på væggen. Selve hotellet er af ældre dato, men der lader til, at der bliver lavet noget renovering. SPA afdelingen er ok, ikke den store luksus. Vi deltog i en saunagus, det tog 5-6 minutter. Aldrig prøvet noget så skuffende, når nu man har en virkelig skøn stor sauna. Morgenmaden er meget basic.

Et ok sted

Fint sted, stort værelse og rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Så det lidt negative : Lænestolene, fyldt med skjolder og der var slidt huller på armlænene. Der var kun buffet i restauranten om aftenen og den var absolut ikke 35 euro værd, nok den kedeligste buffet vi nogen sinde har fået. Ingen guide til pool området. Vi måtte ikke reservere et bord ved vinduet i restauranten selvom der var mange ledige og heller ikke blev fyldt op mens vi var der.
