“We stayed in room 5, lovely views down to the river and garden. I can imagine it being a little noisy on a sunny weekend, luckily it was a little cool and rainy so very quiet.
Unfortunately we had no hot water for the whole of our stay and were not offered any compensation or a reduction in the price.”
“It was good value, but over the bridge from the town centre and another 8 minutes walk. Breakfast was generous, but the time had to be pre- booked at reception Room was a slim 1st floor challet.During restaurant hours you hear the clatter of saucepans and drone of exaust fans. Not a problem if your heading out for the day / evening.”

The breakfasts and evening meals were of very good quality. It was our first visit to Shropshire and we would certainly come back to the Riverside Inn which was perfectly situated for day trips to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and David Austin Roses, among other places.”
