We had a wonderful stay at Bhagirathi by Atishay Hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the hospitality—every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Kartik, Deepanshu, and Gaurav for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. The evening pooja and aarti within the hotel premises was definitely the highlight of our stay. It created such a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere and made the experience feel truly special. Breakfast was also excellent, with a large selection of delicious food and plenty of choices for everyone. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Bhagirathi by Atishay Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

One of my best hotel stays in India. Private access to Ganga ghat, Aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful. The service and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Ritu, Khushi, Ishita, Harmanjit, Sunil, and Nitin...keep up the great work, customer care and professionalism....you're the best!! Room was recently renovated and very well designed and comfortable. Close to Har Ki Pauri, but still very quiet and peaceful.

Best experience ever, especially you will get a private ghat for bath and private Ganga Arti; they will take care of your wet clothes and provide you with bathrobes and fresh towels for Ganga Snaan at their private ghat. They have plenty of activities the whole day, special VR experience for Char Dham, flute music, Bhajan Sandhya along with henna art, welcoming and farewell with the mantras. Rooms were very clean and hygienic.

Amazing property with well behaved and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The staff and service is very good and prompt. They provide complimentary hi tea and mehendi. They have private ghat for Gangaji aarti which is very convenient. Overall our stay was very comfortable and highly recommend this property.

I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest.

It’s a new hotel and rooms are well maintained. Hotel is close to Har Ki Podi but not walkable distance. Area around hotel is dirty thus need a car to drive around . Biggest concern we had was that hotel is not accessible friendly. Charged additional $20 for a river view but rooms view was blocked by a tree . Hotel refused to give any credit for the issue .
