“Difficult to get to as there’s road construction in front of their access. Go through the barricades. We weren’t sure so unfortunately we had to find a long way around the first time. The room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was an absolute dream. The wallpaper could use a refresher and it was peeling in areas. The restaurant serves amazing food. Parking was plenty.”

“The room with lake view is very nice, and the views are amazing! The telescope that you see in the pictures is provided but in our case did not work! I do not recommend having dinner in the hotel, I think (or at least I hope) that there are better options outside. I will not describe in detail the dinner service, I think it’s enough to mention that the garlic bread is the one from the typical supermarket bag like albert heijn. I dont think a serious restaurant should do these things.”

“While I was initially surprised to be so far out of Amsterdam once there i thoroughly enjoyed the experience ”

“Het hotel is 2,5 jaar geleden gerenoveerd en dat is te zien. Heel smaakvol naar onze mening en impotent date. Het ligt prachtig en rustig in het bos bij Vierhouten. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en een relaxte sfeer. Alleen de bedden waren voor ons wat zacht, maar dat is uiteraard persoonlijk. Zeker een aanrader om in Mallejan te verblijven, als is het maar vanwege de leuke naam 😉”
