“Balcony was unusable. Unstable plastic tall barstools which were useless and very uncommon. With armchairs dragged out of the room you couldn’t see over the tall concrete balcony at all. Paid extra for a room with a view!! Management were rude and snobby. Not willing to help at all. We were shown two other rooms of the same type exactly but refurbished at least. Minutes later when we said we’d try to check out, because these rooms suddenly became unavailable, this woman offered no help at all....

All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.”
