I DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible experience. I made a reservation because the property showed as available on this platform, and I completed the payment without any problem. However, my flight was delayed by about an hour, and when I arrived at the location (around 1:00 a.m.), no one opened the door. I tried to contact them, but it was impossible. Hotels.com couldn’t rebook me either because of the late hour, as no other hotels were accepting reservations at that time. I even tried to find another place on my own and was willing to pay more, but everywhere was completely full. I had to sleep on the street. If this property doesn’t accept guests after a certain hour, they should block the option to make reservations through the app during that time. It’s not fair for someone to believe they have a guaranteed place to sleep and end up with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was bright, airy, and very well-maintained, with elegant décor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail — from the fresh linens to the cleanliness of the bathroom — reflected the hotel’s high standards. The location was incredibly convenient, situated within walking distance of major landmarks, cafes, and cultural sites, which made my trip both enjoyable and efficient. At the same time, the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, giving me a real taste of the local lifestyle. The staff were the highlight of my stay: they were courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They not only responded quickly to my requests but also proactively offered recommendations that greatly enriched my travel experience. Their hospitality left a lasting impression and made me want to return in the future
