Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Dirty, smelly, disgusting place!!!! Absolutely avoid at all costs. We booked a 3 bedroom, luxury penthouse apartment for 3 male co-workers. When we arrived we was offered a single room with only 2 beds! Then the man took us to a room that he was sleeping in which had 3 beds but only 2 rooms. The room smelled of smoke and had dirty clothes all over the place! Then they took us to another room which again only had 2 bedrooms, which again smelled disgusting and the floors looked like had not been cleaned in years. I am currently trying to get my money back for this as we could not stay in this place. It was disgusting!!! I am having issues because no one is responding to my emails. Avoid at all costs! Seriously!!!
