Hotel was very nice and looks exactly like the photos. The breakfast had many options and tased good. Check in was easy and the staff spoke English. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great. Only problem was the wifi/cell service in the room. The hotel is located directly next to the train station which is very convenient.

Don’t expect to be able to park at the hotel!

Clean, modern rooms. Easy digital check-in. Please be aware that the hotel only has ~14 parking lots, all of which typically are occupied. As such, guests should expect to pay for parking separately at a garage some 4 minutes away (15 euro a night). I would recommend the hotel to communicate the lack of parking spots much more clearly (I used the “parking”-filter at hotels.com to find the hotel, so I was very disappointed with the lack of parking)

great location, not so great tidyness

very quiet despite good location next to railway station. good beds and thick curtains. could do better in cleanliness- the glasses both in the room and bathroom were dirty and there was the towel of the previous guest hanging in bathroom. there were no instructions on how to operate the air conditioning - maybe it cannot be tuned by guests - but luckily one can open the window.

Not bad if you don’t need air conditioner

The Intercity hotel is in a very convenient location for public bus and train system. They offer a decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and comfortable other than the air conditioning which was not adequate. We had it on coolest setting and it was still very stuffy and warm in the room. Also, if you are not out of the room when housekeeping comes around, they do not come back later.

The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt dort recht zufriedenstellend. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man so braucht und kennt. Positiv fand ich, dass alles „nur“ in kleinen Portionen gab, aber immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Sprich alles war frisch und man muss nicht so viele Lebensmittel entsorgen. Schade war, dass es das in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnte Restaurant nicht gab und es anscheinend nur einen Barkeeper in diesem Haus gibt und der in Urlaub war. Der gute Mann vom Service war super freundlich und hat versucht es irgendwie auszugleichen.Aber es ist halt blöd, wenn es eine Cocktailkarte gibt und man diese nicht genießen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Cool wäre es, wenn man die Glasscheibe zwischen Dusche und Schlafbereich ganz blickdicht machen könnte. Man teilt sich ja vielleicht auch mal ein Zimmer mit jemanden teilt, von dem man nicht gerne auf der Toilette gesehen werden möchte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Restaurantempfehlung, KA7, war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit mehr als reichlich Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Innenstadt ist sehr beeindruckend und empfehlenswert anzusehen. Danke für den schönen und sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
