We love staying at this hotel! Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean! It is located in the downtown area of Hannibal Missouri we walked to almost everything we wanted to do except for taking the trolley and did the cave and winery. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Room was clean and comfortable, could have used some updating. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, nice thing to have. Parking was not the best, but considering where it was it was OK. The chlorine was so very strong in the whole hotel that it gave me a horrific headache. The only way to escape the smell was to leave or get in the room as quick as possible. Overall it was a good stay.

This hotel is very close to all the downtown attractions within walking distance. Very clean. We were looking forward to enjoying time in the hot tub in the evening but it broke down the day we arrived. We were very disappointed to say the least. The beds were very comfortable.
