“After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. “The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
