Wrong Hotel

When I arrived at the hotel I already knew this was NOT the place. I go in and spoke with the lady who was working. She pulled up the reservation, gave me the key card. When I opened the door I said this is NOT what I reserved. I informed the lady at the desk this is not my reservation. She informed me that this hotel is contracted out for the workers on long contracts. She assisted me in finding another hotel & refunded me. I truly appreciate her.

Location is good. Hotel probably OK for the price but could be better. Front Desk told us that for 5 nights we will get one room service and it didn't happened. There was no any shampoo and we needed to ask to get some. The heater cannot hold normal temperature and making the temperature too hot.
