I loved everything, especially the location, I could walk to everything we needed. It was clean. The young lady who was the host when we checked in on 8/21/26 was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was there was no seat cover on the toilet. Whenever we flushed it, the germs from the toilet floated everywhere

Positive: Self contained kitchen, clean apartment, modern look, outside lounge, laundry room, fitness room, grill, accessible to many stores and restaurants by car and vehicle Negative: no walk in shower, AC unit was too loud and didnt cool properly, no garbage disposal and need additional privacy for window in bedroom where you can still get light but people cant look inside your apartment

The layout of the property and the layout of the room was actually like the pictures on the website, but the room was not clean at all. The stove top wasn’t clean, there was mold on the dishes in the dishwasher, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom sink wasn’t clean and the covers on the bed were neat but under the covers were wrinkled sheets with red spots, water leaks under the couch and I have pictures of everything. And to make things worse, the manager Shaune said that she would speak to the corporate office to see if she could get a discount on my bill. She looked me straight in the eyes and lied to me and I also reached out to the corporate office myself and got no response. I left a day before my reservation ended. I will not be returning.

Best place we have ever stayed without breaking the bank. This place was half the price of what other, just plain hotels, were asking. If I could give more then 10 stars I would!!! Hands down the best and nothing compares!!!!!
