We booked one night at the Sea Harris for an event at Bernie’s and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Our room was very cute and looking out to the from our balcony was wonderful. The staff was also very helpful. They allowed us to check out late since they were having a slow weekend. 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located perfectly for the boardwalk and the beach. It is a small hotel with minimal staff. The room was cute and clean as we were on the ground floor.The parking spots SHOULD be numbered.

After going to Hampton Beach for 52 years, we finally found our GEM! It is beachfront, cleaner than any motel we’ve ever stayed at during our 52 years. The staff are exceptional offering daily service and even offering their beach chair for the day. This is definitely our GEM so make sure consider it, you won’t be disappointed. It’s close to restaurants, ice cream & the beach right across the street!

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and and was left clean towels and toilet paper everyday. We had a fabulous view of almost the entire beach from the balcony. Our room was one with a microwave and mini fridge which was a spacious fridge and small freezer which was sufficient for our needs. Some of the fixtures in bathroom could use some updates but overall extremely satisfied and would definitely return.

The only issue that we had was that the hallways in between all the rooms weren’t insulated that well or cooled at all so it gets insanely hot and humid the higher up you are put because the heat rises. That is literally the only reason that they are getting 4 stars. Other than that everything was amazing. Parking was extremely simple and the staff were helpful

The beach view was amazing! Only issue I had was the water never got hot in the bathroom sink. So, I did not try and use the shower. I would stay here again, it was a beautiful room. Will just inquire on the water situation ahead of time. Was not too concerning this trip as it was just an overnight stay. So, I just showered at my next destination.

Harris Sea Ranch is a comfortable mid sized price range. The room offerings on the first floor only appear to have two choices for beds, twins and one queen size bed. I’m not certain about the 2nd level. My daughter and I chose the first level with the twin size beds. j The real issue was the ability to gain access to our room. The lock on the door using a supplied key took us many different tries to get in, I would suggest to the owners to replace newer entry locks, as it appears that many of the rooms had this same issue, but ours was not the greatest. Great beach access across the street especially with a ramp entrance nearby. All in all customer service was great, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and a great coffee bar in the reception area. We definitely will be back next year.
