We had a lovely time at the penny lane hotel. The room was new and very clean. We had our dog with us and they made him feel so welcomed. The staff was so nice and friendly to the humans as well!!

The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent.

This is. Rely renovated and just reopened. A resurrection of a motor lodge where you drive up to your room/cottage. Great welcome and breakfast in am. We would relax and sit on the porch relaxing sipping coffee in am.

We loved the room, the easy check-in and check-out process and the location of the hotel. The room was clean and tasteful, with everything you needed. Our coffee machine didnā€™t work, and the shower light was out but we werenā€™t inconvenienced so we didnā€™t mind. Weā€™ll definitely return again on our next trip to Hampton Bays!

The Penny Lane provided a very new and clean room that was nicely decorated. The rug was quite rough and could not be walked on barefoot and the coffee maker in the room did not work. But we had a delicious breakfast that included Goldbergā€™s bagels and specialty coffee made by a server. It was pouring so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Expedias confirmation said check in was at 2 and Penny Lane said at 4 but we checked in after 5 since we came from a party.

An updated motel furnished in a modern comfortable way. Every amenity was on hand from ample towels to two enormous tv's in living room and bedroom. The Nespresso coffee maker was a real plus except instructions were missing on how to operate but manager apologized promising to fix this issue. Access to pool also dock. Lovely little place to stay with most pleasant smiling staff.

An easy comfortable clean place to stay in Hampton Bay. It has a pool and lawn chairs and itā€™s right on the inlet of the water. Thereā€™s a restaurant with music a few doors away serving hamburgers and wine, etc. There is parking on the premises they have a continental breakfast consisting of bagels, yogurt, and a energy bar, which are all delicious. Check-in is not until four, which generally is a little bit later than most hotels which is three. But all work and thereā€™s plenty to do nearby in Westhampton and Southampton ed ok
