Only the animation was good! Food is bad Cleaning was poor and the hotel is very old When you are sleeping in the room a lot of noise you can hear outside it cans wake you up!

I didn’t expect much as the price of the hotel wasn’t expensive. But surprisingly the hotel has a big swimming pool and the food was good. The staffs were helpful, too! One of them helped me to reset my lock when I couldn’t use it. The room is special, not like other hotels. It was a cottage type.

If you come expecting 3 star, you will be very pleasantly surprised. If you come expecting 4/5 star - you will of course be disappointed. The rooms are basic (no fridge, hair dryer, kettle) but they were clean and spacious - 3 star. Food wise its very good - 3.5 star (maybe 4 if you will try new things) It's more like a AI hybrid model. You can come and not spend a penny, but if you want all the bells and whistles, expect to have to pay a little bit. Eg. there is fruit juice from machines at breakfast, but for freshly pressed orange juice in front of you, it's a small charge (£1ish). You get ice lollies free 24 hr, but if you want ice cream and waffles etc. there is a charge. There is a lovely Ottoman style coffee shop on site, it is chargeable, but you can get a coffee from a machine day or not for free. There is wood fired pizzas and pasta and chips all the time, but there is so many other lovely local dishes to be tried and fresh stations for omelettes, flat breads, donut, fried fish, kebabs etc.If you want sausages, burger and chicken nuggets at ever meal though, this maybe isn't the place for you. Alcohol - the wine and beer are nice, the spirits aren't great quality and are limited in terms of choice. This didn't matter to us as don't drink much and there is also the paid bar if you prefer. Staff are 5 star. Can't do enough for you. if you have an issue please just tell them and they will do all they can to make it right! Animation team at 100 star.

Great place near the beach with a wide variety of entertainment. Great selection of food available at all serving times, especially for all inclusive. Few issues with the aircon and TV in the room. Local sites accessible with a taxi ride.

This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else!

Choses bonnes Globalement tout s'est bien passé le personnel accueillant et serviable La nourriture est diversifiée avec un snack qui travaille 24h L'hôtel dispose d'une grande piscine avec transats, une petite piscine avec toboggan et une plage privée directe (pieds dans l'eau) Beaucoup de verdure entre les chambres L'animation est toujours présente Choses moins bonnes L'hôtel est étalé genre bangalow avec des allées et beaucoup de végétation et de plantes et par conséquent on trouve beaucoup d'insectes qui peuvent parfois penenetrer aux chambres lorsque la porte ou les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais trop basiques genre pour dormir. L'entretien de la chambre du point de vue literie n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur Comme idée générale mon séjour s'est bien passé l'hôtel etait propre et offre de bonnes prestations en formule tout compris dont je recommande vivement

Hôtel avec des chambres anciennes d'architecture typique en voute très fonctionnelle, un petit jardin magnifique qui rappelle les jardins andalous, la nourriture variée et bonne. Les enfants ont adoré les toboggans. Animation variée pour les enfants. Personnel courtois et à l'écoute.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis relativ gut. Man merkt allerdings den unterschied, wie sie den Europäer behandeln und wie die anderen behandelt werden. Kein Wlan in den Zimmern ist auch nicht toll. Der strand und das Meer sind einfach hervorragend. Alles in allem werde ich wahrscheinlich keinen urlaub mehr in tunesien machen, die Verkäufer sind sehr sehr sehr aufdringlich und verlangen unmengen Geld von den Touristen. Der Preis richtet sich immer nach der Spracher der Käufer, was ja sehr lächerlich ist.ich war leider sehr enttäuscht

Piscine et plage agréable Chambre sale ( traces sur le carrelage de la salle de bain robinetterie miroir) et ménage pas fait quotidiennement / clim bruyante pour la nuit Nourriture peu variée snack quasi inexistant N’avons pas eu le droit à l’alcool dans notre offre all inclusive on nous a remis des bracelets n’ayant pas possibilité d’avoir des boissons alcoolisées. Personnel de l’hôtel pas aimable (serveurs réception restaurant) Point positif du séjour fut les animateurs et les personnes s’occupant des excursions qui étaient très sympathique.

It was a wedding gift from my sister-in-law who had told the hotel.com adviser of the platform Hotel.com in Ireland and we are very disappointed with the services and service of the staff of this hotel when we arrived we were Waited for hours in the lobby without even offered a refreshing, we were housed in a low-end room I could not swim in the pool, there were no towels or toiletries. Toillettes in the room we requested and each time the person returned to our room without knocking on the door! the dishes from the buffet restaurant had no indication with or without pork !!! no respect for the customers !!!
