Best night of sleep I have had in a long time. Yes our window overlooked a parking garage, but it made the room super dark and it was surprisingly quiet. The fridge was not plugged in upon arrival and there wsa a spill on the floor but overall great experience

We love this hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel when you are in town for kids sports! Plenty of laundry facilities which is essential when kid’s sport clothes need daily cleaning. Love the restaurant too.

I enjoyed staying at thos location. The staff was amazing, and the hotel is large enough to where you do not have to leave the property if you choose not too. There is an amazing gym directly across the street, also part of the hotel, along with various options to eat. I would certainly stay again.

Very innovative, clean and good service. A couple of things that can make it even better. Coffee should be available at all times but certainly until noon. We ran into not having coffee a few times. The beds have very sharp edges, and my husband, daughter and I have been injured after accidentally hitting our legs or feet against them.

Rebecca at the front desk was very sweet. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready and we had to sit in a long line. Only person helpful at the front desk was Rebecca. She remained calm under the pressure. We had to get ready in the bathroom. Also, the room was very nice and clean. I just noticed a small stain on the sheets. I would stay here again they just need to fix housekeeping. The hallways were loud during quiet hours as well

Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.

Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good.
