Nice basic hotel. Great location for visiting Colgate. Room was clean and in pretty good condition. Staff was pleasant enough, but seemed a bit too busy with their own stuff to do much more than check us in.

The hotels was very clean, comfortable beds and nice continental breakfast spread (yogurt, pastries, bagels, cereal). Centrally located and the outdoor games and fire pit out back were awesome! You can buy drinks (beer, wine, etc) at the front desk, as well as food 24/7. We didn't get food but the kids were thinking about getting mozzarella sticks. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities would have gotten 5 stars except the gym was lacking some standard machines like a treadmill, though it was late summer and I was able to run outside. Something to keep in mind for winter visits. It honestly didn't really detract from our stay, though. Also, the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! We stayed while we were dropping our son off at SUNY Morrisville and will definitely be back!

When we checked in after 4pm the room was not ready & the guy at the front desk seemed annoyed that we did not book directly through them. We left to get dinner & when we returned to check-in same guy never told us a thing about the property. He never offered us their complimentary drink, said anything about s’mores on their patio or the continental breakfast in the morning. He was not very welcoming. Aside from the initial check-in experience, the room was clean & the housekeeping staff were all very nice!

The stay at Hotel One75 was the best! The staff were extremely nice and accommodating to our unique situation which had us coming in a day earlier than expected. The room(s) we stayed in were spacious and clean and updated bathroom and nice furnishings. The staff offered complimentary wine and beer and other treats. Speaking of wine and beer, the property is situated about 150 yards away from the Hamilton Harvest Winery. Great place for drinks, cheese and crackers. They are gluten aware for people with Celiac’s. The grounds of the hotel are spacious and within the outside center of the hotel sits a huge courtyard with canopy style gazebos and chairs for outside gatherings. Downtown is a minutes drive from local eateries and Colgate University. We were in town for Antique Week which was just about 3 or 4 miles north of the hotel. Great place to stay, very friendly staff and a restful and relaxing time away from home.

Clean nice room for the evening. We arrived late in the evening. The staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. A nice small clean kitchen with everything from yogurt, hard boiled eggs and milk in the refrigerator, to toast, cereal and fruit -to make your own breakfast.
