Stayed for 3 nights - room was not serviced/cleaned once, requested clean towels and toilet paper which was not provided. - Fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly when approached although requests for fresh towels were not met. - Upon arrival rooms were clean and tidy and although not the biggest were ideal for what we required.

Very close to public transportation and so easy to get to. The room was a good size and loved the atmosphere of the lighting. Also really loved that the room had AC since we stayed during the beginning of their heat wave. Staff was very friendly every time they saw us coming and going.

Gute Lage, Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Rezeption bei Check-Out unterbesetzt. Der Mitarbeiter musste Telefonate entgegennehmen und Gäste bedienen, was zu längerer Wartezeit geführt hat. Hotel ist zweckmäßig und für einen Kurzaufenthalt mehr als in Ordnung. Werde wiederkommen.

Mir hat die Lage zum Hamburger Dom und zur Reeperbahn sehr gut gefallen und das freundliche Personal. Ich hatte ein Zimmer das sehr gut schallisoliert war. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werde es bei einem nächsten Hamburg Besuch sicherlich wieder buchen

Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage. 2 Min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli und eine Seitenstraße von der Reeperbahn entfernt. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Premium Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ein bisschen wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip machbar. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend, allerdings hätten die warmen Speisen ein bisschen wärmer sein können

Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig aber klein. Nur eine Kleiderstange, aber kein Schrank um den Koffer auszupacken. Mit zwei geöffneten Koffern kann man sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen. Kein Safe, keine Kosmetiktücher, aber ausreichende Ablagen im Bad. Der Duschkopf der Regendusche "regnet" nur aus wenigen Löchern. Die meisten sind verstopft. Der Ablauf im Waschbecken konnte nicht geöffnet werden und wurde in 5 Tagen auch nicht repariert. Die Batterien der TV Fernbedienung waren leer. Aber sonst alles ok. Perfekte, zentrale Lage.

Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Moderne Einrichtung. Gutes Parkhaus. Etwas Chaos an der Rezeption. Großer Andrang, technische Probleme. Gerne drüber nachdenken Gästen dann ggf 1 Stunde früher das Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen, wenn man weiß, dass an dem Tag viele große Gruppen zeitgleich kommen.
