We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the parking was convenient. Overall, it was excellent value for money. Incredible, incredible front desk staff. Everyone was lovely to deal with and made me feel very welcome. My room was very nice, and seemed recently freshened. The bed was extremely comfortable; not too hard and not too soft.

Overall a great stay. There was a great selection at the bar, but the staff was not very friendly. Nice clean room, friendly staff at check-in, the seating personnel at the breakfast was not very friendly, but the staff at the breakfast was, nice selection at the breakfast, but missing fresh orange juice.

The man at the reception desk (forgive me for not knowing his name) was very exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa and pool was quiet. The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles.
