The staff was very lovely. The housekeeping left very thoughtful touches in our room. The M Club access is totally worth the cost of the upgrade. Very conveniently located right on the waterfront

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The tub drained incredibly slowly, the do not disturb sign was so crumpled, it wouldn’t stay on the door. Upon arrival, only half a roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom. Location was convenient. One of the reception staff was very helpful.

Everything was good during our stay. The M club and Harbourstone food was amazing. The best part was that the property is right on the boardwalk, so taking a stroll or sitting harbour side is as simple as stepping outside the door of your hotel. There wasn't a thing I didn't like! Lovely place.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful from the manager Kitty to all the staff at the front desk. Good location, bed was also very comfortable. Nightly price almost $600 a night is too much considering the cleanliness of the hotel and the two restaurants that have the same exact menu.

this hotel has a great location - however the hotel itself is starting to show its age - as many things are worn, and dirty. Better cleanliness is needed in order in the room and around the hotel itself to make it worth the money spent

The hotel restaurant was excellent, fair prices and good food. A lot of things in walking distance to do made it very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing for improvement would be to have both elevators in use because one was out of service and made it very crowded or a long wait with just the one elevator.
