The property itself is very rural. Driving by car is a must or you can use the public bus service. Uber or taxi services will not come to the area. Something to keep in mind for guests out of country. The private Onsen is wonderful! Beautiful view outdoors. Lots of amenities to choose from, area itself is very quiet (except main bedroom area upstairs faces the road, it’s odd how such a rural area has so much traffic at all hours of the night). It is a very large house, great for large families or big groups. We only had two of us so it was very spacious. Some items in the home are slightly worn, the couch could use a good cleaning. Overall, it is a good place for the amount of money being charged.

チェックインした時点で、室内がきちんと整えられておりとても快適に過ごせました。 キッチン用品が、スポンジや布巾の換えからサランラップなど施設備品詳細に記載の無い物まで揃っており驚きました。 色々と持参してしまったので、事前に分かるように施設情報に細かく記載するか写真掲載があったら更に良いです。 外に食事を運ぶ時用の大きめのお盆とティーポットを備え付けてもらえると、大人数で利用する時には助かると思います。 お部屋も寝具も水廻りもとても清潔で良かったです。ただ浴室内の壁面だけがお掃除がされていないようで、ふと手で触れた時にヌルヌルしていました。浴室が少し嫌な匂いがしたのですがここが臭っていたようです。 プロジェクターや足湯などお部屋で楽しめる設備が揃っているのが良かったので、機会があればまた利用したいです。

5名で宿泊しました。お部屋はとても綺麗で広く、2階の2部屋＋ロフトのおかげで全員快適に過ごせました！防音もしっかりしていて、他の部屋の音は一切聞こえませんでした。 【よかった点】 ・お風呂＆足湯が最高！ 窓を開ければ半露天風呂気分を味わえます。 ・洗濯乾燥機があり連泊にも便利。 ・朝の散歩がとても気持ちいいロケーションです。 【注意点】 お部屋にある飲み物はコーヒーのみなので、紅茶や日本茶好きはティーバッグの持参がおすすめ（急須・茶漉しはありません）。 トースターはないので、朝食にパンを食べる方はご注意を。

おしゃれな一軒家でとても気分があがりましたが、部屋の隅など、埃が目立ち衛生面が残念に思いました。エアコンもフィルター清掃が出来てなく水が漏れていました。埃が溜まっているのが目視でわかりました。設備がいい分清掃が行き届いていないのがマイナスポイントです。

The place was clean and tidy, with enough towels such that we could enjoy the onsen baths indoor and out to the fullest! There was Nespresso provided which was a nice touch, and a vending machine on the property. We would gladly stay here again. Would note however that the check-in process gave me some anxiety due to it being the first time using them, though it was easy in retrospect. Also the clothes dryer doesn't dry well in spite of running a full cycle - so that's something to keep in mind if you were thinking of doing the laundry while you sleep. Finally, I parked at night, and the path from the parking to the villa was unlit, making it a rather creepy experience if you are walking alone. Good otherwise!

Big villa, but could be hard to find. Long walk to parking (2 block), and several steps outside the door made it very hard with big luggages. Amenities very new. Though steps are big and could be hard to climb. Dryer doesn’t work very well.

I highly recommend! We loved the in-villa sauna and soaking bath. The property was spacious, serene, clean, and everything else needed for a family of 5 to relax and sight see in the area.

Excellent location, lovely villa, private, new and very clean, comfortable bedding. Onsen is awesome, relax your body after a long day. Parking is convenient once you locate it. Kids enjoyed the loft. Highly recommend for peace/quiet from city hustle.

The place is very nice. Quiet, onsen, kitchen, rooms, it is the entire apartment. Clean, easy to check in even though its self check in. Just print all your instructions. Now, even with the kitchen, there isnt too much of a option to get food to cook. ImBus to get there can be confusing for foreign visitors but once you figure it out, it is easy. Really enjoyed Hakone and this place made it even more enjoyable.
