“Property under construction. Surprise to us when we arrived. Room was clean, but no grab bars in shower, no hot water the second day, hair dryer did not work. Vanity light/mirror was not good for doing makeup. Coffee pot but no coffee. Room key did not work and the clerk was not happy he had to bring us another one. Breakfast was cold. No juice. Ice machine did not work. Lobby was a mess of construction and elevator floor light did not all work. Parts hanging off the elevator door. Many...

“It was a quaint, lovely, cozy property with all I needed for a comfortable stay.”

“Una experiencia inolvidable! Tranqulidad absoluta y en contacto la naturaleza! Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería ”

“The grounds and main lobby are beautiful. Huge golf course. Impressive indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Our room was quite dated. Peeling grout on the tub area, curtains were frayed. No bar soaps. The bed was comfortable however. The facility appears to be short staffed, although all staff members were pleasant and helpful. There are two restaurants and one bar. “Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”
