If there is a rating of 0/10, i will do it. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS A SCAM. Me and my friends (all women) were ghosted by the host despite following all proper communication requirement such as contacting 24 hours before check in. I have attempted to contact the owner months before the day we arrived to let her know we will be checking in late due to our flight. We arrived in Ha Long at midnight, attempted to contact the owner. No answers. No messages. No instructions for the guard who is posted at the place. We were forced to book last minute with Draha Hotel, approx 6 min walk from the place. It was such a dangerous time of the night too.
