The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. There were a number of issues with the room, which I told them staff about on checking out. A compensation was that my bill was reduced. Other then the little issues in the room the location was great and then bed was comfortable.

The room was clean from the bathroom to the sheets. The location is pretty convenient as its close to the highway but not so close that you can hear the traffic. Lots of free parking close to my room. The pool area was hot and the pool was small. The Waffles at breakfast we're yummy and so was the omelet and sausage and potatoes with peppers. The breakfast nook was clean and the food was plentiful. My only 2 complaints were the bathroom stopper didnt work so the bathroom sink was doing this slow drain thing. The bathroom door had a gap which left no room for privacy and EVERYONE will be able to smell you in the bathroom if you know what I mean. Great stay other than that!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk's help was very friendly. I would have to say the gentleman who worked on 2/26/26 went beyond helpful in making sure our needs were taken care of. It is a breath of fresh air to have that kind of service.
