Excellent response from the office staff. Jason, Brenda, Jorge all helped make for a very nice stay. A phone call about an hour before arrival and they turned the AC on our room which was in a shaded portion of the property on a very hot day.

We pulled our sheets back to go to bed and found several stray hairs in our bed. I started the front desk, and they offered to change the sheets immediately. The next morning at checkout, I spoke with the manager, and he apologized profusely and refunded us 12% on our room. Other than that one snag, the property was nice. They offered a continental breakfast from 6-10am and checkout was at noon which was nice. I would stay here again.

Spark is conveniently located next to the freeway and we enjoyed the updated rooms and breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower. It just got a little lukewarm. When I complained to the front desk they said they were unable to give me any money back because I booked through Expedia. I figured this out in the morning, which made for quick uncomfortable showers. We have stated other Spark properties and never had this problem.
