Our first room had the bath soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser laying on the sink shelf with the liquid running all over. It was supposed to be in the shower on the wall. They moved us to an upgraded room. The room was nicer and we appreciated it. The only thing was the bathroom door. It was frosted glass which was on a slide like a barn door type. I usually keep the light on in the bathroom and shut the door so we can see to use the bathroom during the night but the glass door made it too bright. I did not encounter any staff member who was not nice, courteous and helpful. They were all caring people. The Piano Bar was a lot of fun. Different entertainers and all made the night fun. I will say the food and drink are all expensive but you are in Las Vagas. I guess that is what Vagas is. Enjoy!

Room smelled awful, hand soap dispenser was empty, AC fixture was broken, only 2 pillows on the bed. I could go on but im exhausted.

Don’t waste ya time there is way better quality hotels that believe in service n making guess satisfied
