“great place to stay and play golf plus visit the local sights like Wiseman ferry”

“Worse shower. Need improvement.”

“I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. However, in this case it felt like some areas were not just old, but simply in need of better maintenance. For example, the grout and finishing in the bathroom were quite worn. To me, that’s less about the age of the building and more about general upkeep. The ladies at the property were absolutely...

“Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older”

“Nice place, it’s actually one room in a large house. Toilet and shower are shared between a couple of rooms, it’s ambiguous in the room description. Still a decent price for the area. ”

“Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks”

“Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed”

“Yes”

“Friendly staff”

“It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower”

“Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed ❤️ Hotel was within walking distance of the local metro station and rouse hill town centre The fiddlers restaurant on site is a good idea for people wanting a meal However having a local shop or bar in the hotel would be great But all in all had a fantastic 6 nights there , was able to get into Sydney and back with no problems Highly recommended”

“This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

“Good to be able to stay in Gosford on a reduced nightly tariff from the motels. Shared bathrooms are all well appointed, recently renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good food in the hotel. Amazing old elevator. Very easy place to stay. All very good, except for phone contact numbers - mobile provides no contact with advice to ring 000 if have an emergency then shuts off, landline goes to AI assistant which says will pass issue onto a staff member for them to contact you but it...
