Leider sehr enttäuschend. Laut Expedia und Buchungsbestätigung war der Check-in ab 15 Uhr möglich. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft erst ab 16 Uhr freigeschaltet wird. Dadurch standen wir mit unserem gesamten Gepäck vor verschlossener Tür, im Regen. Besonders negativ war der Umgang des Personals. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde unfreundlich und patzig reagiert, eine Hilfe oder Übergangslösung gab es nicht. Auch bei einer weiteren Beschwerde wegen fehlender Grundausstattung zeigte man keinerlei Entgegenkommen: Im Badezimmer war nur etwa eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Als wir nach einer weiteren Rolle fragten, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, wir könnten diese im Supermarkt kaufen. Auch auf spätere Kontaktversuche von Expedia reagierte die Unterkunft offenbar nicht. Insgesamt fehlte es deutlich an Kundenfreundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und angemessenem Service. Unter diesen Umständen würden wir die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Expedia interessierte sich hierfür auch nicht und ließ uns mit allem im Stich!

Die Unterkunft wurde wohl schon länger nicht mehr genutzt. Hier und da lagen tote Insekten in den Schränken / auf dem Boden. Die Seifenspender waren leider auch leer und Spüli war auch nicht vorhanden. Das Bett und das Sofa waren Bequem und die Umgebung war ruhig. Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden

Es war ein schöner Aufenhalt mit unseren 5- und 2-jährigen Söhnen. Die Wege überall sind nicht zu weit, viele kleine Spielplätze. Indoorspielplatz ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem schön. Im Schwimmbad war die Wassertemperatur leider zu kalt, so dass wir nie lang bleiben konnten. Sauberkeit unseres Häuschens hätte besser sein können!
