The outdoor pool was quite dirty when the bubbles stopped. It was overall clean apart from dead flies etc on the floor around the indoor pool. Staff were nice, man is restaurant made me extremely uncomfortable with sexual innuendos and was very unprofessional. Would have been nice to have the bar open outside the restaurant. The cleaning staff were lovely as were reception. Room itself was nice, parts of the hotel overall were tired. It would have been nice to have replacement spa towels each day instead of using wet ones. Also surprised you have to pay £7 per robe. They door have free flip flops. I probably wouldn’t return mainly because of my experience with the restaurant staff. Nothing very local, about 25 minute drive to main town. Grounds were pretty

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we had a very relaxing visit. One thing that really impressed us was how peaceful our room was. There was a wedding reception taking place on the same evening, but we couldn’t hear any noise from it at all—even with our windows open. It made for a fantastic night’s sleep and showed how well the hotel manages events while ensuring guests can still enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location for what we wanted to (visit silent pool and Shere). Thought spa was tired looking, our room was ok and staff ok without being overly polite or helpful. Didn't realise breakfast wasn't included in price of room so had to fork out £15pp for this. Charged £20 for early check in too so overall value for money wasn't brilliant
