Sunshine

This hotel was a short walk to the beach as well other interests like resteraunts, shops and info. It had all the needed facilities for cooking and was cleaned regularly. But the bed had a plastic underlay which was very uncomfortable, and also the room was very noisy at night and in the morning. We were put at the back because it was supossed to be quieter ?? Also the fan in the toilet/bathroom was sucking instead of blowing.. cosequently there was always a bad smell there until I stopped using the lights which turned it on. The staff were always helpful when required.

Lovely resort, central location

Our room at Club La Mar was spotlessly clean, and furnished with everything we needed, including spare bedclothes, towels and pillows. It was a good size for 4 people, with two lovely large bathrooms. The exterior areas were also kept spotlessly clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English, although there was often a queue to speak to them. The hotel is very central for restaurants and bars, with a clean, sandy beach just a short walk away. I would recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel, who hosted a special birthday party for us at very short notice. We were very impressed by the resort which was quiet and much more 'spanish' that we had expected. There is a good-sized supermarket just a short walk from the hotel. There were two things that we found disappointing. Firstly the pool is not where it appears to be in the photo, and is actually separate from the hotel, and accessed by a staircase. Secondly, the roof terrace is permanently closed. Other than that, I would recommend Club la Mar as great value in a very lovely part of Tenerife.

Club la Mar Volgende keer weer

Net en ruim appartement zoals ook in de beschrijving, voorkant van het appartementen complex ligt aan de doorgaande weg, achterkant kijkt uit op een ander leegstand appartementen complex wat wel lekker rustig is.
