Apparently if hot water isn't listed as an amenity, it's not to be expected. I was told it was going to be fixed so I got another night then I was told that the hotel was too full and I'm SOL

There was a homeless encampment right by the property and long stay customers loitering on the balconies and property. We did mot feel safe or comfortable on the premises.
Will never return or recommend.

It was clean. Friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The only thing that I didn't like, and was not aware of prior to my arrival, was that it is a 4 story building with no elevator. My room was on the 4th floor.
