- quarto sem ar condicionado, quebrado ha dias. - agua do chuveiro não estava quente - muito barulho externo por conta de musica alta - cafe da manha nota 10, sem reclamação - funcionários da recepção escolhendo quem poderia trocar para quartos com ar condicionado no hotel Dona Eva, pois, estavam dando preferência para o grupo da "Excursão", sendo que chegaram no sabado e nós chegamos na sexta as 9:00. Foi decepcionante, ficamos varias outras vezes e nunca tivemos problemas, não recomendamos esse hospedagem

O quarto estava em boas condições, porém achei uma das camas de solteiro com o colchão ruim e fazia muito barulho, outro ponto a questionar é o ar condicionado, gente o ar estava todo tempo muito quente, Teve momentos que tivemos que abrir a janela para entrar um pouco de ar, pois estava insuportável ficar dentro do quarto, ligamos na recepção para entender, e os mesmo informaram que o hotel tinha reduzido para tentar dar suporte a todos os quartos, pq detalhe o ar era controlado pela a recepção, não tínhamos o controle do ar. Acredito que deveria ser um ar individual para cada quarto, não faz sentido ficar o controle somente em um local. tinha momentos que tínhamos que abrir

O andar em que ficamos não era em alvenaria. As paredes pareciam drywall. Estranhamos um pouco...Pensamos que poderíamos ter problema com privacidade, mas o hotel parecia estar um tanto vazio e, por isso não tivemos nenhum incidente com vizinhos. O chuveiro era muito bom, o colchão, não muito... Café da manhã sempre muito diversificado e gostoso.

Tive dificuldade para encontrar o Hotel à noite. O Waze teve dificuldade para encontrar. Falta um luminoso grande… O App dizia q o hotel oferecia estacionamento. Porém ao chegar, era pago e super caro. O Hotel se recusou a me dar a Nota Fiscal, um direito meu. Não volto lá nunca mais.
