O quarto era espaçoso, fiquei num que tinha varanda e consegui apreciar um pôr-do-sol lindo! A limpeza deixava a desejar tinha teias de aranha, manchas no espelho e no box de vidro. A equipe de funcionários é bem atenciosa, prestativa e educada. O estacionamento achei escuro, apertado e com uma rampa íngreme que tinha que ir devagar pra não raspar o carro ou topar com outro de frente, pois era passagem única. Além do elevador não ir até o estacionamento. A localização é ótima, mas minhas noites foram mau dormidas devido o alarme do Banco Caixa disparar de 2 a 3 vezes todas as noites.

Barulho, o alarme do banco q fica em frente dispara a madrugada toda, aí logo cedo o pessoal da limpeza começa arrastar móveis , limpeza tb é bem por sima, com exceção do senhor atendente da noite que é educadíssimo, atencioso o restante parece que não te quer lá!

Hotel antigo com boa localização. Tem estacionamento embaixo do hotel. Atendimento bom. Cafe da manhã bom. Hotel fica numa rua bem movimentada. Entao nao espere sossego pra dormir. O prédio está precisando de manutenção. O ponto mais fraco é a limpeza. Muito ruim. Tinha traças na cama. Varanda tinha sujeira do século passado. Precisa melhorar isso.

Hotel bem simples, ideal se você precisar dormir apenas uma noite como foi meu caso. Os travesseiros estavam bem “surrados”, não tem tomadas do lado da cama e a janela do banheiro estava quebrada fazendo com que entrasse pernilongos. Descemos 8:30 para o café e ja estava tudo revirado e as mesas sujas.

Critica construtiva

Hotel não era como nas fotos, muito velho. Toalhas Puidas, cortinas puidas, os móveis antigos e bem empoeirados, guarda roupa sujo por dentro, as janelas do quarto e do banheiro se voce abrir era literalmente uma mata. Banheiro encardido o vaso sanitario, nao tinha apoio para colocar sabonete. Ele passava a agua por baixo do box e molhava o banheiro inteiro. Nao tinha toalhas nem papel tive que buscar eu mesmo. Quarto antigo, criados cheio de poeiras, travesseiros encardidos e as fronhas tambem e bem fininhas tive que colocar uma toalha que trouxe nos travesseiros para poder doemir. Cafe da manha so tinha o basico dos basicos, com umas tortas salgadas geladas, bolos que nao eram do dia . A mateiga era nos potinhos comunitarios .Olha ela uma viagem de descanso e ficamos muito impactados . O estacionamento escuro dava ate medo de ficar sozinho la . Infelizmente nao condiz com as fotos anunciadas. Sinto muito mais temos que ser sinceros nao é para queimar não. Mais nao tinha nada que fosse bom la . Os funcionarios meio despreparados também infelizmente.

Quarto mal conservado e precisando de reformas. Teto do quarto com furo devido a vazamento, teto do banheiro com vazamento e furado, Box muito pequeno, se ligar a água quente dentro do Box vc se queima e se vc estiver fora molha o banheiro.

Uma das lâmpadas do banheiro estava queimada. Suco havia acabado no café da manhã. Não tem manteiga individual para levar na mesa. Poderia ter opção de requeijão e peito de peru. Iogurte, granola também.

um pouco decepcionante

hotel até tem uma bos estrutura, porém deixa a desejar em muitos quesitos como manutenção e programação, não tem muitas vagas de garagem, pode ocorrer do carro ficar na rua, reservei quarto com cama de casal, quando fiz check-in tinha apenas um quarto disponivel com duas camas de solteiro, Gerente falou que considera as duas camas de solteiro como se fosse casal, tivemos que dormir em cama separadas. O pagamento ja tinha sido realizado pelo site, no momento de check-out, queria me cobrar novamente, cobertores estavam um pouco mofados. Devido aos trasntornos prometeram alguma cortesia ou algum tipo de desconto que no final não foi convertido em nada
