My stay at the W Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and located in a prime area surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single day. A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. Every meal felt special, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Overall, the W Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return next year!

The room smells horrible, and the room is dirty and sticky on the floor. Our whole family after shower got eye infection immediately, the shower head must be contaminated. The staffs are very confused, so the check in process is very messy. Cant believe this for a 5 star hotel

This hotel needs improvement

Not all staff speaks English which should be obligatory for such a hotel, cleaning in the room was also not every day good, for this price class not worth the money.

Amazing staff! From handling our packages to assisting us with local apps, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay exceptional.
