Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The location is great, with direct access to Beijing Road and lots of shops nearby, but it took us a bit of effort to find it. The staff were very nice and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a better room. The bathroom is a bit small though.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The biggest plus point of this hotel is definitely its location, right at the end of Beijing Road, making it very convenient for shopping and food. The room was also spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few downsides. There was no ramp for luggage, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up about five steps to reach the lift. The two lifts serving the shared building were also rather slow. When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and we had to air it out for almost the whole day. The toilet was quite small, and the placement of the electrical socket near the shower also raised some safety concerns. Overall, the location is excellent, but there is room for improvement in terms of convenience, room ventilation and bathroom safety.

I thought they overcharged stained towel. 50 yuan, like 8 dollars for one used towel.
