实在是太脏了！房间里充满了异味。 另外，在hotels.com上订房的时候付了住宿费，到前台他们说说预定的的钱不算（当时害得我差点没地方住），要重新交，预定的钱以后系统会退。 可是快一个月了，钱还没有被退回来

Bad. Bad.

Only robby was new and clean! Other were very old and dirty. Carpet also dirty, dirty walls, there was a lot of mold. The bathrooms was narrow, narrow tub also did not clean.There was no one can speak english. I never book again!
