The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. However the beds and the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The area it’s amazing though everything in downtown is at a walking distance.

The hotel was conveniently located and among the best priced in the downtown area. We obtained an upgraded spacious room with king beds when our room was not ready upon arrival. The shower water was hot.

Area was good distance from main road therefore quiet to sleep. Restrooms had mold, water came out from the shower and tile was falling off. A refrigerator would have been convenient.

Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central plazas and the shopping area east of Independencia Sur. The cost of the hotel compares favorably with other hotels in the area. It would have been nice if there were more amenities, such as a coffee maker and iron in the room. A fitness center would be a big plus too. The room was pretty clean, but there was a little mold near the ceiling of the shower.

I stay in budget hotels. I only need a bed and hot shower. $50 is my upper limit and there are plenty in GDL at that price and they are acceptable for me. This one was under $40. Well, I guess I found my lower limit because I wouldn’t return here.

Undergoing renovations/construction. Overall good.

Basic older-ish hotel in a Central location, in a decently safe area. Would recommend. The only thing is it was under renovation when I stayed. And in my case, I was put in a room right next to the construction. So the hallway was in upheaval and the construction noise was kind of annoying. Maybe ask for a room NOT (next to/on the same floor/ below) the construction.
