Location is good. Third time checking in within 2 week span. Made reservations for my family (3) and they demanded a $450 pesos surcharge for my son (15 yrs). The room we reserved sleeps four we stayed an additional night same room same number of people as previos day and still demanded the additional charge. Expedia priced the night at the same price regardless of 1,2,3 or 4 people in the room. The surcharge of $450 pesos for my teenage son was incredibly an outrageous demand.

The water smells like sewer. They gave me the option of not staying there and I would get the refund. So I booked with a different hotel across the street but I never got my refund and of course they never responded any of my emails My reservation was on the 17th of June to the 20th of June. They lied to me about having a water problem that it was all of Guadalajara but it’s just in this hotel.

No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.

La habitación si está amplia y cómoda, la ubicación es buena solo que de repente si se escucha mucho ruido del exterior por estar en avenida y frente a dos templos y alarmas de bancos (cosas que el hotel no puede controlar), la atención la verdad dejó mucho que desear, había mucho problema con el agua, de repente salía muy turbia y de repente no había, tuvimos que reportar en varias ocasiones, solicitamos también un bote de basura para mantener la habitación limpia puesto que el único bote es el del sanitario y nos comentaron que era el único para toda la habitación, por el problema del agua tenían la cisterna abierta, cabe mencionar que la cisterna está justo a la salida y entrada del ascensor principal, la taparon con un tapete y mi papá cayó en la cisterna puesto que no había ningún tipo de letrero o indicación y estaba completamente cubierta por el tapete, absolutamente nadie de recepción ni del personal del hotel tuvieron ningún tipo de atención ni si quiera de primeros auxilios, después de un rato se reportó ya que mi papá presentaba molestia, avisaron a la persona que atiende esos casos en el hotel y jamás bajó a recepción, estuvimos esperando y nos tuvimos que retirar porque teníamos un pendiente previo, por lo que si son cosas a considerar si te quieres hospedar en este hotel y te gusta una buena atención
