The AC does not work the way I expected it to. The guest needs to talk with someone at the front desk to ask them to turn the AC. There was no ice available on the floor. The buffet was not as good as when we stayed at Barcelo's Guatemala. On the brighter side, the personnel are kind and servicing.

It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am until 3pm because we couldn’t check in.
