The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, the barista made the best cappuccinos! The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are glorious, glorious. The bathtubs are deep and long, for a luxurious soak after a long day of walking in the old town. This is close to cafés and Gelateria’s. Front desk staff are kind and allowed us an hour extra checkout.

Gorgeous, historic hotel, room was spacious with very high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious too. It was a little loud outside at night but obviously nothing the hotel can do about that and it wasn't really a problem for me. Great location, kind and helpful staff. I'd happily stay here again, for the price I paid it was very worth it.

Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. However, room is not soundproofed, we could hear people going to the toilet in the room upstairs and a dog barking across the street for hours during the night. Breakfast was just OK.

The hotel overall is beautiful. It's in a 1910 historical building in Renaissance revival style, with many of the original finishes. Some of the technology are outdated, but it was part of the charm. Everything was great, but I would recommend investing in the larger rooms.

This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm
