The resort was beautiful, and I loved the swim-out pool from my room. The buffet was okay, but there weren't many food options. The restaurants you need to make reservations which was okay. The pools need more music and more time. But overall is was beautiful.

We recently returned from an amazing trip to the Royalton St. Lucia to celebrate my daughter’s milestone birthday, and i couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The resort was beautiful, and the breathtaking landscape provided the perfect backdrop for some incredible professional photos. Tashael from Guest Services truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. She ensured we were able to dine at the restaurant we wanted, decorated our room while we were away, and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake to us during dinner. Throughout our entire stay, Tashael stayed in constant communication with me, making sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our accommodations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. The entire staff was wonderful, and we also had the pleasure of meeting some great guests during our week-long stay. It was an unforgettable trip filled with beautiful memories, and we are already looking forward to returning—this time with the whole family! Thank you to the entire team, and especially Tashael, for helping make my daughter’s milestone birthday celebration so special!

Typical all inclusive hotel. Nice atmosphere and beautiful setting. Staff is moderately attentive. Details are often missed. Starting at the Diamond club which was over crowded when we got there. Then miscommunication with room type. Butler service was ok, but we didn’t use it too much. Restaurants were ok. Hot and wait times were long. Zen was the exception. Fantastic experience.

So baby friendly would highly recommend for young families!! Needs some updates as our AC was broken, wall divider broken, sofa 2 different heights, shower light out, and missing tub plug but they attempted to fix each things when we asked. The restaurants were actually very good food and not just the buffet food put on a fancy plate. Great coffee shop and nice gym.

Staff was friendly and courteous but I arrived on a Sunday and when check in my room safe was not working so I called desk and employee came to room. He said dead battery and will be back but never did called desk said he's coming but didn't. Called Monday nobody came n called again nobody came till late that night the same guy came with new safe but that one didn't work.he said he called his manager and he will be here around 7 called at 10 said manager will come at 7am i said come after 10 ut nobody came called and finally at 8pm the manager came and got me a working safe. All front desk and guest services did was apologize. I called Expedia and they got everything done plus offered me a partial credit. If it wasn't for Expedia I would never had my issue resolved.

Just spent a week at the resort with our 9 year old. The property is beautiful and very organized. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. There were always good food options available whether it was one of the restaurants or at the buffet. Would highly recommend to other families.
