OYO company, if you read this, you have to renovate these rooms, they’re nasty and dirty. Not good enough for the price. I hope whenever I go back to Groesbeck, they’re fully renovated, otherwise; the competition will probably be more intense and better than what this location is offering

DO NOT GO HERE... IT'S VERY DIRTY NASTY AND UNCLEAN! THEY FALSE ADVERTISE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE TO LOOK LIKE A FIVE STAR HOTEL -NOT EVEN CLOSE! MY FAMILY BOOKED ONLINE AND TRAVELED WITH A GROUP OF 20-IN WHICH WE WERE ALL REFUSED A REFUND! SO AFTER SITTING IN OUR CARS FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, WE FINALLY WE'RE BLESSED WITH 1 ROOM( IN WHICH WE ALL STAYED IN)- 12 MILES AWAY FROM OUR EVENT. I'M CURRENTLY STILL DISPUTING THIS TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK!

This Groesbeck Tx Oyo hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures online are definitely AI. This room is basically a rent by the hour hotel if you know what I mean. I couldn’t even sleep there, management aaaaaand Expedia.com refused to give me a refund I am very upset. All the other hotels were totally booked so we had to drive 30 mins away to go and bunk with my sister. I am a very unsatisfied customer!
