Our room was located in their annex building which is old and not well maintained. There was an offensive odor in the hallway and in the room. The main building seemed much better. Breakfast buffet was sufficient.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The breakfast area is nice and clean. We did not get cleansing service to our room even though we asked and had our sign out. . The bathroom in the lobby was dirty , no soap toilet paper etc. When they didnt clean our rooms we called for towels and garbage out and we had to go to lobby to get our own towels and a garbage bag. There is never staff in the lobby. Workout machines are old and broken. The entry lobby is clean so it's deceiving on how your stay will be. When we finally did get room cleaning service it was not done that great. We will not stay here again.

Needed a quick room during a snowstorm. This was priced well, room was decent (AC/Heater was loud)…the hotel itself smelt musky…but the bed was clean and that’s the biggest plus. If you need a quick spot this is it. Night staff was kind and helped us check in easily.
