“The food was excellent (dinner and breakfast). Lovely garden area to sit out with a drink. Room and bathroom were very clean with plenty of hot water. The only slight negative was that the room was too hot overnight, despite having the window open. A lovely stay. I would definitely return. ”

“This is not a 4star hotel as described, it’s just a tired old pub that has some accommodation. The ‘deluxe’room that we had booked had stained carpets,sofa and cushions and was very basic. The two small bath towels and one hand towel provided were frayed. The menu is very basic in the pub. I had a pizza that was inedible as it tasted mouldy and looked horrible.
