We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the overall service. Everything was excellent, but the shuttle service was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay—it was so convenient and made getting around much easier. The view from our room was absolutely incredible, and we loved waking up to it every day. The room was also very clean and well maintained. We used the pool as well. It was small, but the view was beautiful and made it very enjoyable. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Grindelwald. Bus stop right outside and a short walk to both the train station and cable car for Grindelwald First. Hotel spa was wonderful after a long day of walking and the restaurant food was excellent. We had a garden room with Eiger view, highly recommend for the space and views. Incredibly helpful staff on hand to offer activity suggestions and can even book tickets for you. Overall a wonderful five night stay.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Our stay at Hotel Spinne in Grindelwald was truly amazing, and we would definitely visit again. The highlight was definitely our room's patio, which offered spectacular, unobstructed views of both the mountains and the valley right from the comfort of our room. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool and sauna facilities after a long day of exploring. The location is incredibly convenient as well, with a grocery store right opposite the hotel and a great Indian restaurant located very close by. The service during our stay was wonderful, as the staff members were always helpful and accommodating. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning, which was great quality, though it did become a bit repetitive day after day. Our only small complaint concerns the room setup; the third bed provided was very narrow, measuring only about 2.5 feet wide, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Grindelwald.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was squeaky clean and very modern with spectacular views of the mountains. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh food and the infinity pool and saunas were a great way to end the day. The location of the hotel is great- a very short walk to the train station and the gondola.

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed! Reception to check in was quick and very informative on things to do in Grindlewald. Our room- more like a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment was so amazing! Beds comfortable, amenities were spot on. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge , relaxation room and infinity pool was so incredible! Just wow! The view was spectacular from our suite looking right at the snow caps mountains. It seriously looked like a Hollywood set- such beauty I have never seen before. The restaurant had delicious food and wonderful hard working staff. Highly highly recommended Hotel Spinne if you ever visit Grindlewald Switzerland!

Located in the heart of Grindelwald this hotel was fabulous. We decided to book a room with a view of the Eiger and it didn’t disappoint especially sitting on the balcony sipping our coffee admiring the view. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. I’d recommend anyone to use their spa especially the infinity pool on the roof overlooking the Eiger.
