“The facilities are large, but the cleanliness is truly awful. The heated pool is filthy, and the bathrooms and showers are so disgusting and full of mold and filth that you'd rather not shower to avoid catching a fungal infection. They cut off the electricity and water for four hours one day to trim the trees without warning. They closed the pool because of the power outage, but the restaurant had electricity and water. We had to go to a café in town to use the bathroom. I don't recommend this...

“The staff was great and they worked well with me who did not speak the local language. The hotel was in a superb location and our room had a wonderful view from the 3rd floor. Two items that made my stay less comfortable was the top floor walk-up due to the lack of an elevator, and no air conditioning.”

“Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa.”
