Perfect location, Clean property with water views, and has a pool. Our room had a balcony which was so nice on a beautiful day while taking a break from it all. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff were very nice. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

We enjoyed a pleasant 3 day stay at this lovely seaside inn. Comfortable and spacious room, a very friendly staff on all levels, and a convenient location on the North Fork if Long Island. Especially liked lunch at “Ellen’s” and Aldo is a great coffee shop. Would definitely visit and stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, steps from everything in Greenport. My room had a lovely view of the harbor where you can watch the Shelter Island ferries come and go all day. The room was beautifully decorated and the shower was amazing. Would have preferred to park in the lot but that was an up charge. Street parking in the off season is doable. Will stay again!

Lovely place for a quiet getaway off-season. Loved this place and will be back. Only disappointment was morning coffee … lacking flavor and lukewarm … but there is a wonderful shop just a few doors down with very good coffee. Nespresso machine in room.
