Wonderful motel! Loved the cold water available 24/7 in the lobby. Staff is outstanding - called me when they discovered I left my laptop. Great guest laundry and quiet rooms. Will definitely stay again. The only thing that could be better is allowing pets in the room, and adding body lotion to the amenities.

The staff was great, check in was quick, my room was quiet, comfortable and mostly clean. I knocked off one star because while the room was very clean, it was obvious that housekeeping missed sweeping the space between the toilet and tub as they were several long black hairs... and I'm blonde/grey. However, I would 100% stay there again. I'm sure this is something that was just missed randomly, not a common occurrence

We have stayed here twice now and find it very nice for an area without a lot of hotel options. Clean, well maintained and the staff was very courteous and helpful overall. In our family group of 4 rooms, Every one of us had the televisions come on 3 to 4 times in the middle of the night. The front desk person indicated that they knew this was an ongoing issue and have reached out to Dish to try to get it solved. Their recommendation was to just unplug our TV, which we did. Blow dryer didn't work in one of our rooms. Basic stuff that happens but the staff was always responsive and got things taken care of to remedy each situation. We will stay there again.

Breakfast was good. We got the room right by the front so a good amount of noise from people checking in or opening and closing the door. Everything else was good.

The personnel is nice and welcoming. The breakfast is good. Yet the rooms need improvement - change light bulbs, clean upholstery of couch and armchair, a/c and fridge are very noisy. Fortunately the bedroom suite has a separation door.
