The staff were welcoming and helpful - so handy to have access to a laundry (staff provided laundry liquid). The breakfast included was generous, and catered to all tastes in our family. Secure on site parking was a bonus. The only downside was being in a room with no window you could open or have natural light. But it is a beautiful old building - highly recommend

I'm always hesitant when booking a small independent hotel, but this team is on their game! They don't man the front desk full-time which was initially concerning, but when I called the number provided, someone was always down at the desk within 2 mins. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They allowed me to keep my car in their parking garage past my check-out while I had a meeting nearby. When getting my car the staff was great about verifying I was a guest before letting me into the garage. I appreciate that they really care about security and protecting their guests. Will 100% stay here again.

Beautiful and unique—highly recommend! We stayed in a premier suite on the second floor. It was a spacious, interesting room. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and a close walk to many restaurants, shops, and the river. Great breakfast options were served in a cozy pub. We could hear music at 6:00 am —maybe the kitchen was below us? It wasn’t the music from the breakfast area, lol. Maybe ask about that if you’re a light or late sleeper since they have many rooms and floors. Will absolutely stay there again!

We stayed in the spacious Charlie Russell suite. It was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room. The hotel has lots of art and lots of character. It is also well maintained. The parking garage comfortably accommodated our large truck and 10 passenger van. That is a really nice amenity. We loved the Celtic Cowboy bar/restaurant adjoining the hotel. Adam, our server, took excellent care of our group. The food was good and the beer was excellent. They have 30 taps so there is something for everyone. We particularly liked the Big Sky IPA. The Hotel Arvon is now our go to place to stay in Great Falls.

Breakfast was frozen meals prepared ahead of time to microwave. Not what we were expecting… I’m also gluten intolerant, so breakfast burritos aren’t on the menu. Ended up walking to Tracy’s Family Restaurant… which was wonderful!
